With my luck, I was fully expecting the pizza to show up cold like everything else usually does. But surprisingly, it was actually hot when it got here, so I’ll give them that.

"Ordering Was Okay, But No One Followed Up"
Ordering online was easy for the most part, but a few steps felt slower than they should have. I also had to double-check my cart because I wasn’t totally sure everything saved correctly. It did work out in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest. What bothered me more was that there was no follow-up afterward, so I was kind of left wondering if everything was actually good to go.

"Ended up being a great office lunch"
Ordered catering for our work lunch i was ready to be annoyed if anything showed up cold or late. But nope, everything arrived hot, there was more than enough food, and the pizza disappeared fast. I went from stressing about it to being seriously impressed. Really happy with how it turned out

"Quick Fix and Hot Pizza"
I had a small mix-up with my order, so I called in to get it sorted out. From my experience, that kind of thing can go either way, but they handled it quickly and were genuinely nice about it. The pizza still arrived hot, which is what mattered most to me, so I really can’t complain.

"Decent Salad, But I’d Probably Go for Pizza Next Time"
I ordered a salad from ifratellipizza, i felt a little hopeful at first because the lettuce looked fresh and the portion was fair for the price. Then I took a few bites and was kind of let down because it tasted a bit plain, like it really needed more toppings or extra dressing to bring it together. It wasn’t bad at all, just not something that made me excited. I could see myself getting it again if I wanted something light, but next time I’m probably sticking with the pizza

I was able to find the menu and nearby locations easily, so that part of the site does its job well. That said, trying to place an order on my phone was a little frustrating. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and I had to tap around more than I should have. It’s not a bad experience overall, but it could definitely be more user-friendly.

"Pizza Arrived Right on Cue"
Ordered from ifratellipizza and, it was a tiny miracle in pizza form. It showed up exactly when they said it would, the driver was super nice, and the food was still hot like it had just survived a heroic journey straight from the oven. No complaints from me at all

"Decent menu, sorta basic"
I checked out ifratellipizza.com mostly to look at the menu, and it was decent. They’ve got the usual pizza options, some sides, and a few extras, so it’s easy enough to find something to order. I was sorta hoping to see a little more variety though, like different toppings or specials. It’s not bad at all, just feels a bit basic compared to some other pizza places.

"Good food, but they need to double-check orders"
Ordered from i Fratelli Pizza and my first thought was, yep, the food looks solid. The pizza was right and tasted good, so no complaints there. But quickly I noticed they forgot one of the dips and gave us the wrong drink, which was annoying because we paid for the extras. Not the end of the world, but that kind of stuff makes the order feel a little careless. I’d probably order again, but they need to check the bag better before sending it out

"Good toppings, but the crust was a letdown"
I tried a couple of the specialty pizzas and the toppings were actually really tasty, they tasted fresh and they definitely didn’t skimp, which I appreciated. Ordering through the site was easy too. I was just a little disappointed with the crust because it was softer than I personally like, and that kind of brought the whole thing down for me. Still, it was solid overall and I’d probably give it another try.

The guy was friendly and seemed fair to deal with, so I don’t want to be too harsh. That said, the replies were slow, which made the whole process take longer than expected. Overall, a decent experience, but quicker communication would make it much better.

"Crispy in the Best Way"
